Toni Russo is the Director of Sales Operations at Point32Health/Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. With nearly 40 years of health care administration experience, Toni has led cross-functional teams, driven process improvements, and implemented innovative solutions to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Toni brings a collaborative and mission-focused approach to leadership and is passionate about advancing organizational goals, fostering inclusive environments, and leveraging operational excellence to create positive community impact. Toni holds a Bachelor of Science from Rhode Island College and an MBA from Bryant College.
Toni began working with Communitas in 2010, supporting their Holiday Giving Tree, and planning and supporting the annual Gala. For several years, Toni also lead group volunteer events by gathering colleagues to participate in projects with Communitas, including painting and yard cleanup at residential homes. Inspired by the impact of Communitas’ programs, services, and the remarkable individuals they support, she joined the Board in 2018 and was elected Board Chair in 2024.
Outside the boardroom, Toni enjoys theater, hiking, and spending time with family and friends to celebrate milestones and create lasting memories together.
