Sophie is a native New Englander who earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. She began her career in Massachusetts providing in-home ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, later working in a residential program for individuals with severe behavioral needs while earning her M.S. in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in Boston. After becoming a BCBA and LABA, she joined the Lower School Program at Perkins School for the Blind as a Behavior Analyst.

Driven by both her passion for the field and love of the outdoors, Sophie moved to Seattle, WA, where she expanded her experience in center-based services and advanced into various leadership roles. Upon returning to Massachusetts in 2022, she served as Manager of Strategy and Development at Autism Care Partners and Clinic Director at Constellation Kids, deepening her expertise in leadership, training, and systems development.

A BCBA since 2014, Sophie is especially passionate about systems management, staff training, and empowering others. She brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and is dedicated to sharing that expertise with her team. As Director of Behavioral Support Services at Communitas, she is excited to grow the department and enhance service quality through training, clinical systems, and policy development.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking or paddle boarding in the summer and skiing in the winter.
