Nicole Boudrow studied psychology at UMass Lowell. Originally entering the University in the music program she quickly learned after her first psychology class that helping people was what she wanted to do. She began her career in human services 12 years ago working as a in home therapist for children on the autism spectrum.

Nicole started her career at Communitas as the day Habilitation director in 2017. Having worked with children for the majority of her career she was excited for the change. In 2019 she transitioned the director of the career services program. Helping people become job ready and helping individuals get and become more independent in their jobs has been incredibly exciting and rewarding.

The career services program at Communitas is a innovative program that combines on site job training, group supportive opportunities and groups to help individuals become job ready from performing well at job interviews, dressing for success and creating meaningful relationships with their coworkers and peers. These groups are done both in the program and out in the community.
