Janice Kennedy is a seasoned Compliance leader with over 30 years of experience in Managed Care. As a passionate advocate for teaching and learning, Janice brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to Communitas. With a background in Government sponsored health care, Janice has held leadership roles at various health plans ensuring access to medical benefits and community-based services are available to all. Their strategic vision and commitment to engage with individuals “where they are” by identifying individual needs and support have been invaluable assets to our team.
Janice joined Communitas because she believes that each of us brings value and supporting independence empowers achievement. From childhood experiences to professional milestones, her dedication to taking care of each other is deeply rooted in her journey.
Outside of the boardroom, Janice enjoys backyard fires on cool nights, cookie decorating, watching the NE Patriots and is an avid reader of mysteries. She is also deeply connected to supporting local school and community activities.
