Sarah has been in the Human Services field for 15 years and in a leadership role over the past 5 years. Her diverse experience includes supporting individuals of all ages, from many different cultures, facing a wide array of challenges; ranging from mental health, substance abuse and homelessness to physical, intellectual and medical conditions. In all her roles, she brings a sense of unity through community teamwork.

She takes pride in learning each individual’s core beliefs, needs, wants and goals; and using those key elements to form the basis of her advocacy for each individual’s empowerment and improved quality of life.
