Below are new documents regarding Family Support Protocols during Covid-19. Please read the following information and attached documents to learn more about our developed Family Support Protocols.
This protocol will be in place throughout the period of the Covid-19 State of Emergency.
This protocol is in regard to procedures that will be in place for all Family Support DCF Referrals. All in person visits will occur outside in the community at a designated parl. In the event of incelement weather, we will predetermine a rain location. Communitas staff will always wear face covering during visits and are available by cell phone for any changes to visits. Family Support Protocol for Agency Employed In-Home Support Providers
This protocol implements preventative measures including a daily evaluation of status of Respite Providers, Skills Trainers, Agency with Choice and SSQUAL Home, Day Supports, and Behavioral Supports Providers working with children and adults who are served through DDS-funded Family Support Programs during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
This protocol ensures that staff and families recognize signs and symptoms of illness to prevent the spread of viruses or illnesses.
